Effective techniques for countering EMI include filtering AC power, shielding and separating signal transmission lines, and practicing good grounding techniques. Using isolated AC can achieve effective AC power filtering for power transformers or properly installed AC line filters.
To avoid electromagnetic interference:
1. Physically separate the signal wire from the motor wiring and power supply and install the wire. Do not route the signal line together with the motor and power lines, or above the vent of the servo driver.
Use a single point parallel grounding system to ground all equipment using a grounding bus or large bus. If necessary, use additional electrical noise reduction techniques to reduce noisy environments
