The GE Universal DC Bus Regeneration Board DS200GSIAG1CBA includes three 40 pin connectors, two 16 pin connectors, and six jumpers. The board also has an 8-pin connector and multiple test points. If the circuit board cannot function properly, qualified service personnel can use test points to diagnose the circuit board. To use a test point, first disconnect all power supplies from the drive, and then use a tester to verify that all power supplies have been disconnected from the drive. Typically, this is done by removing the fuse from the power supply connected to the drive.
Once the drive can be safely touched without electric shock and burns, open the cabinet and remove the screws that secure the board to the rack. The DS200GSIAG1CBA board is fixed with four screws at the four corners of the board. To avoid damaging all circuit boards and components, please clearly see the inside of the cabinet and prevent the components from being scratched or hit by a screwdriver. Use both hands to remove the screws and washers. Rotate the screwdriver with one hand and hold the hardware with the other hand. Before unplugging the cables, note where they are connected to the motherboard. You may find it helpful to write down the connectors to which the cables are connected.

When removing the DS200GSIAG1CBA board, grasp the edges of the board and place it on a flat static protective bag. Place it on a clean, flat surface and wear a wrist strap to discharge static electricity from the board and body.
