产品描述

The GE DC power connection board DS200PCCAG1ADB serves as the interface between the driver and the SCR power bridge. The connector of DS200PCCAG1ADB is located at the rear of the driver circuit board cabinet, so the replacement program requires service personnel to remove the other two circuit boards to enter. The design of the driver eliminates the need for disassembly of other boards and allows for easy tilting out.
After entering the cabinet containing the circuit board, pull the locking tab that secures the front board bracket. The board bracket includes the front panel, which can be tilted to one side without disconnecting the cables. The next circuit board bracket contains the middle circuit board, which you can tilt down to expose the DS200PCCAG1ADB. All cables must be unplugged from the DS200PCCAG1ADB motherboard. Firstly, pay attention to the connection positions of all cables in the circuit board. You can use position marker cables or use circuit board diagrams to indicate the location. Another option is to take a photo of the circuit board before removing the cable.

Ribbon cables are not suitable for extensive use or rough handling. Remove the ribbon cable by holding it with the connector and pulling it out. Some other cables are secured in place with tabs. Before removing the DS200PCCAG1ADB connector, remove the tab from the locking mechanism. If the connector holds the connector in place, remove all screws from the connector. Do not discard the screws or let them fall into the drive compartment.
