The DS200DSFBG1A serves as a driver shunt feedback board in GE Mark V systems, exciters, and drives. This board was designed and sold by GE together with other Mark V components until the system entered the late production stage in the early 2010's.
The DS200DSFBG1A is a square circuit board. As a driver shunt card, the board can generate faults through current feedback that it is designed to monitor. There are two types of faults: an IOC fault when the current exceeds 250% of the rated current, and a DI/DT fault when the rated shunt current undergoes a 100% or greater step change.

The DS200DSFBG1A uses a transformer close to one edge. The board also has multiple transistors, vertical pin connectors, and snap in connectors. The board also has a dozen holes inlaid with conductive materials. These are used to connect equipment doors and transmitters. Other components include integrated circuits, LED indicators, resistor network arrays, and varistors, as well as resistors and capacitors. The DS200DSFBG1A circuit board is marked on both edges where stiffeners should be installed. The drill angle is used for installation and the two edges are also marked to aid in alignment.
