The General Electric DC power connection board DS200PCCAG6ACB serves as the interface between the driver and the thyristor rectifier (SCR) power bridge. The DS200PCCAG6ACB board uses group numbers based on voltage, frame size, and power conversion type (regenerative or non regenerative). Groups 1, 7, and 9 use regeneration, 240 to 630 volts. Groups 2, 8, and 10 use non regenerative 240 to 700 volts. The circuit board group includes AC voltage, fuses, reactors, and busbar transformers. Groups 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7 and 8, and 9 and 10 use the same application specifications, respectively.

There are more than ten plug connectors that provide signals for the SCR bridge. The signal is used to select the DC armature voltage range. The signal is used by the DS200PCCAG6ACB power board and is part of the driver configuration.
Another configuration source is the parameters defined in the configuration file. The operator can set parameters through the control panel or using a laptop. The display screen on the control panel allows the operator to view parameters, and the buttons on the keyboard allow the operator to edit parameters and move up and down in the parameters, as well as find the applicable location in the file. To use a laptop, the operator can download files and modify them using editing software. Operators can download the same file to multiple drives or edit the unique configuration for each drive.
